Legal
Privacy Policy
New Hampshire Travel Guides is operated by Local Growth Systems, 146 Briere Patch Lane, Newport, VT 05855. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you use our forms — the trip planner, newsletter, listing inquiry, contact, claim, or advertiser application — we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, season and interest selections, travel dates, and any message. For claims and advertising, we also collect the business details you submit. We only collect what you choose to share.
How we use it
We use your information to send the seasonal guide you requested, respond to your inquiries, process listing claims and advertising applications, and improve the guide. We do not sell your information to anyone.
What we share
When you send a listing inquiry, we share your message with the relevant business so they can respond. We may use trusted service providers to deliver email or process payments, under contract and only as needed. We do not share your information for advertising purposes.
Claims and listings
When you claim a listing, the details you verify may be displayed on your public listing. You can request corrections or removal at any time by contacting us.
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal, first-party analytics to understand how the guide is read. We do not place advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in the footer. You can request a copy or deletion of your information at any time, and we will honor that request within 30 days.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure. We do not store payment card details — payments are handled by our payment processor.
Children
The guide is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
