Listings and advertising
Businesses may apply for a listing through our pricing and claim pages. We reserve the right to decline or remove any listing, and paid placement does not guarantee ranking outside the placement you purchased. Availability limits, such as a maximum number of listings per town and category, apply to certain plans.
Claims and verification
When you claim a listing, you confirm you own or are authorized to represent the business. You grant us permission to list it and to contact you about your listing and other offers. We may remove listings that are inaccurate, unverified, or no longer operating.
Payments and billing
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page — monthly, annually, or as a one-time fee. Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled. Refunds are handled per our cancellation policy. Checkout links on the pricing page are placeholders until live payment is connected.
Accuracy
We work to keep details current, but hours, prices, and availability change. Always confirm directly with a business before traveling. We are not liable for inaccuracies in listing information.
Your conduct
Do not scrape, republish, or mass-download the guide. Do not submit false, abusive, or unauthorized content through our forms. We may block access for abuse.
Intellectual property
The guide's content, design, and branding are owned by Local Growth Systems. Business names, logos, and images remain the property of their owners and are used with their permission.
